A Udaipur destination wedding is a logistics exercise wearing formalwear. Guests land across two days on flights that do not agree with each other. There is a mehndi at one property and a sangeet at another. The baraat needs a lead car at a precise time, the bidaai needs a different car entirely, and at half past midnight forty people want to get back to their hotel at once.

Wedding car rental in Udaipur — what families ask us
The first question is almost always the car for the couple, and it is the easiest to answer: a decorated luxury sedan if the mood is modern, a vintage car if the venue is a palace and the photographs matter more than the air conditioning. The harder and more important question is the guest movement, and it is the one that gets left until three days before.
Plan the shuttles before the showpiece
Work out how your guests arrive. Two hundred people landing at Dabok across a Friday and a Saturday need a shuttle pattern, not four cars and hope. Then map the functions: if the mehndi is at the hotel and the sangeet is at a venue twenty minutes away, that is two movements of the entire guest list, at night, in December traffic. We build that grid with you, and it is usually the part that saves the most money and the most stress.
December and January
Udaipur’s wedding season is intense and the fleet commits early. For a December or January date, start the conversation two to three months ahead. We will tell you plainly if a date is already committed rather than accept it and then scramble — a wedding is not a booking you improvise.

Every wedding booking gets written terms: the vehicle plan, the total, the advance, what happens if a function overruns, and the cancellation position. This protects both sides and removes the awkward conversation on the morning of the reception.

A decorated Audi, BMW or Mercedes starts at ₹8,000 a day and runs to ₹15,000; the Jaguar is ₹12,000 to ₹18,000; vintage cars ₹20,000 to ₹35,000. Guest transfers in Innovas are ₹6,000 to ₹10,000 and tempo travellers ₹7,000 to ₹12,000.
