Thirteen people, one vehicle, one conversation.
Split a group of fifteen across four cars and you lose the trip. Half the party arrives twenty minutes ahead of the other half, nobody hears the same story about Kumbhalgarh, and somebody is always in the wrong car when it is time to leave. A tempo traveller solves a social problem more than a transport one.
We run 12, 17, 20 and 26-seat tempo travellers and a 13-seat Force Urbania, all air-conditioned, all with push-back seats, curtains, overhead storage and a roof carrier for luggage. The Urbania is the premium end — recliners, individual vents, enough headroom to stand up in the aisle — and it books out fastest in the wedding months.
Most of our group work falls into four buckets: wedding guest movements between the airport and the venue, school and college tours, corporate offsites, and joint-family pilgrimages to Nathdwara and Sanwariya Seth. Each has its own rhythm, and our drivers have done all four hundreds of times.

Hiring a tempo traveller in Udaipur
The right size is not the number of people — it is the number of people plus their luggage plus the length of the day. Fifteen adults with suitcases in a 17-seater for a five-hour drive is technically legal and practically miserable. We will usually suggest going one size up for anything longer than a day trip, and we will say so even though it earns us the same either way.
Wedding guest movements
This is our busiest group work between November and February. A typical Udaipur destination wedding needs airport shuttles across two days, transfers between the hotel and the venue for every function, and a late-night run back after the reception. We put one coordinator on WhatsApp for the whole movement, so the family is not chasing eight driver numbers at midnight. Tell us the function schedule and we will build the vehicle plan from it.
School, college and corporate groups
For educational tours we can provide vehicle papers, driver licences and insurance copies in advance for the institution’s file — most schools need this and most operators treat the request as an inconvenience. Corporate offsites usually want the Urbania, GST invoicing and a car that reaches the resort porch without an argument.
Pilgrim groups
Nathdwara, Sanwariya Seth, Eklingji and Ranakpur in one two-day run is the most requested religious circuit from Udaipur. Our drivers know the darshan timings, where to park so elderly travellers walk the shortest distance, and which day of the week the queues are worst. For larger jathas we run several vehicles in convoy.

₹4,500 for a 12-seater and ₹5,500 for a 17-seater, covering 8 hours and 80 km within the city. The Urbania is ₹8,000. Outstation is charged per kilometre instead, from ₹22.

The Urbania is a newer, quieter Force vehicle with proper reclining seats, individual air vents and standing headroom in the aisle. It seats thirteen rather than seventeen, and costs more. For journeys over four hours the difference is very noticeable.
