How our pricing works
Three structures, and nothing hidden behind them.
Per kilometre
For outstation trips. Charged on the total distance the car runs including its return, with a 250 km minimum per calendar day and a stated driver night allowance.
Per day
For weddings, luxury and vintage cars, and corporate contracts — where the hours are long and variable and a kilometre count is not a sensible measure.
At actuals, always: toll, state border permit and parking, with the receipts handed to you. Never charged: a night surcharge on a pre-booked trip, an AC charge, a fuel surcharge, or commission stops at shops.

Fuel is not included; vehicles are handed over with a full tank. Deposit refunded the same day on return.
Reading the tariff
Every figure on this page is a starting fare for the vehicle, the chauffeur and fuel. Nothing is added to it except tolls, state permits and parking, which are charged at cost with the receipts handed to you. We do not levy a night surcharge on a pre-booked trip, an air-conditioning charge or a fuel surcharge, and we do not route guests through shops that pay commission.
What changes a quote
- Season. December and January are peak in Udaipur. Wedding-fleet and luxury rates are quoted individually for those dates.
- Hours. A local package covers eight hours. Long wedding days and event work are priced per day instead.
- Decoration. Floral work on wedding cars is an add-on, quoted with the vehicle.
- Distance beyond the package. Charged at the per-kilometre rate for that vehicle, which is stated up front.
Payment
UPI, bank transfer, card or cash. Multi-day tours and wedding bookings normally take an advance to block the vehicle, with the balance settled at the end. Corporate clients can run on account with monthly consolidated billing. GST invoices are issued on request, usually within the same week.
Cancellation
More than twenty-four hours before pickup, no charge. Inside twenty-four hours we retain a part of the advance because a driver has already been assigned. Weddings and multi-vehicle bookings carry their own written terms agreed at the time of booking.

Fuel prices and permit costs move. We keep this page current, but the fare we confirm to you in writing is the one that applies. Call and we will give you a number for your exact date and route.

His food and accommodation on outstation trips — ₹300 a night for a sedan or Innova, more for larger vehicles. It is a stated line in the quote, so you never hand cash to the driver directly.
Midnight to midnight, which is the Rajasthan convention. If you start at 6 PM, that evening counts as day one. We flag it at booking so it is never a surprise later.
No, not on a pre-booked trip. An airport pickup at 2 AM costs the same as one at noon.
