Local packages cover 8 hours and 80 km within Udaipur. Outstation is charged per kilometre on total distance run with a 250 km daily minimum, plus a stated driver night allowance.

Commercial permits, real insurance
Every vehicle carries a valid All-India Tourist Permit, fitness certificate and comprehensive insurance. We will show you the papers before you get in if you ask.
Drivers who live here
Our chauffeurs are Udaipur and Rajsamand men who have driven these roads for a decade or more. They speak Hindi, Mewari and workable English, and they wear a uniform.
The fare we quote is the fare you pay
Kilometres, driver allowance, toll and parking are written down before the trip starts. No ‘night charge’ invented at midnight, no rounding up at the end.
A booking desk, not a bot
Call at 3 AM and a human answers. Flight delayed by four hours? Tell us and the car waits — that is the point of booking with an operator instead of an app.
One coordinator for the whole trip
Multi-day tours and weddings get a single point of contact on WhatsApp who tracks every vehicle, so you are not repeating yourself to five different people.

Yes. Over a hundred of them, serviced at authorised workshops with the papers in the glovebox. Nothing is brokered in, which is why what we confirm is what arrives.
An Innova Crysta. Five adults plus luggage in a sedan works on paper and not in practice on a five-hour drive. The price difference is smaller than most people expect.
On Innovas and all tempo travellers, fitted free on request when you mention it at booking.
All of them, including the coaches. There is no separate AC charge — we consider that a way of quoting one price and collecting another.
The commercial fleet is replaced on a rolling cycle and serviced on schedule; nothing tired stays on the road. The exceptions are deliberate — the 1928 Ford and the two Mercedes from 1965 and 1969, which are maintained rather than replaced.
Come to the office at Uday Towers and look at whatever is in the yard. We think it is a perfectly reasonable thing to ask.
