Bus & Coach Hire in Udaipur
35 and 45-seat coaches with air conditioning, push-back seats, a PA system and a luggage hold. For the groups where three tempo travellers stop being the answer.
Overview
When forty-five people have to arrive together.
There is a point — usually somewhere past thirty people — where tempo travellers stop being the answer. Three vehicles mean three arrival times, three sets of instructions and one group that always ends up waiting. A coach means everyone leaves together, arrives together, and hears the same thing from the same person.
We operate 35 and 45-seat coaches for wedding baraat movements, pilgrim jathas, school and college tours, and corporate group travel across Rajasthan and into Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh. Push-back seats, air conditioning, a public-address system, and luggage in the hold rather than on knees.
Coach work needs more planning than car work — routes have to account for height and width restrictions, some old-city lanes and hill approaches are simply not coach-accessible, and parking at monuments has to be arranged. We do that groundwork before quoting rather than discovering it on the day.

Routes
Coach routes we run regularly
Group movements from Udaipur. Coach fares are quoted per booking because route, parking and night-halt arrangements vary a great deal.

Three kinds of groups use our coaches. Weddings, where the baraat and the guest list both need moving between properties on a tight evening schedule. Pilgrimages, usually to Nathdwara, Sanwariya Seth and Eklingji, often with an early start and elderly travellers who need the parking close to the gate. And institutions — schools, colleges and companies — who need paperwork as much as they need seats.
Where a coach cannot go
It is worth knowing this before you book. The old city around Jagdish Temple and the Gangaur Ghat lanes are not coach-accessible; groups are dropped at a nearby point and walk in. The final approach to Sajjangarh has a vehicle restriction. Kumbhalgarh’s ghat is manageable but slow. We build these realities into the day plan and tell you where the walking bits are.
For schools and colleges
We supply vehicle registration, permit, fitness certificate, insurance and driver licence copies in advance for the institution’s records, and we are used to the additional requirements that come with student groups — a female attendant where required, a fixed itinerary filed with the school, and a contact number that stays reachable for the whole trip.
Getting a quote
Send the group size, the dates, the route and whether there are night halts. Coach pricing depends heavily on route and parking arrangements, so we work it out properly rather than quoting a per-kilometre figure that will change later.

How many people, and where to?
Send the group size and the route. For institutional bookings tell us what documents you need and we will include them with the quote.

35 and 45-seat air-conditioned coaches. Below that we use tempo travellers in 12, 17, 20 and 26-seat sizes, or the 13-seat Force Urbania for groups that want more comfort.
Per booking rather than a flat per-kilometre rate, because route, parking arrangements, night halts and driver requirements change the cost substantially. Send the plan and we will work it out properly.
Not fully. The lanes around Jagdish Temple and Gangaur Ghat are not coach-accessible, and Sajjangarh has a vehicle restriction on the final climb. We plan drop points and tell you exactly where the walking sections are.
Yes — registration, permit, fitness certificate, insurance and driver licence copies in advance for the school’s file, plus a female attendant where the institution requires one.
On any single-day run over 500 km, yes. A tired driver on a Rajasthan highway at night is not a place to save money.
That is the usual wedding configuration — a coach or two for the baraat, tempo travellers for guest shuttles and a decorated car for the couple, all coordinated by one person on WhatsApp.
