Maharana Pratap Airport sits at Dabok, twenty-two kilometres east of the city on the Chittorgarh road — about forty minutes to a lake-side hotel in normal traffic, closer to an hour if a wedding procession has taken over Delhi Gate. Nothing about that distance is difficult. What is difficult is a flight that lands ninety minutes late at half past one in the morning, and a driver who has gone home.
We track the flight number you give us. If IndiGo pushes your arrival by two hours, the car simply arrives two hours later — no waiting charge, no phone call from a driver asking where you are. Our chauffeur waits at the arrivals gate with a printed name board, helps with the bags, and the fare is the one we quoted on WhatsApp when you booked.

Udaipur airport taxi — the practical details
Maharana Pratap Airport (UDR) handles domestic flights from Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Jaipur, with seasonal additions in the wedding months. It is a single-terminal airport, which means the arrivals gate is easy and the pickup point is thirty seconds from the exit. There is no confusion about which door you will come out of.
How long the drive actually takes
Forty minutes to the Fateh Sagar side, forty-five to Udaivilas and Trident, closer to fifty into the old city lanes near Jagdish Temple. Add fifteen minutes on a Saturday evening in December, when half of Udaipur is at a wedding and the other half is on the road to one. Our drivers plan for this; the fare does not change because of it.
Keeping the car after the transfer
Around a third of our airport guests convert the transfer into a full sightseeing day or a multi-day tour. It usually works out cheaper than separate bookings, and it means the same driver handles your luggage at the hotel and then takes you around the city the next morning. Just say so when you book and we will quote the combination.
Railway station transfers
Udaipur City station is the main one, about six kilometres from the centre, and Rana Pratap Nagar is a smaller halt closer to the northern hotels. Both are covered at the same sedan and Innova rates as the airport within city limits. Overnight trains from Delhi and Mumbai arrive early morning and we run those pickups daily.

No. The fare quoted is the fare charged whether the flight lands at noon or at 2:15 AM. We think a night surcharge on a pre-booked transfer is a way of quoting one price and collecting another.
Give us the flight number when you book and we track it. The car arrives when the aircraft does. There is no waiting charge for an airline delay — waiting charges only start thirty minutes after you have actually cleared the arrivals gate.

Very often asked, and yes. Nathdwara is about 65 km from Dabok and Kumbhalgarh roughly 100 km. Both are charged per kilometre rather than at the city transfer rate — tell us the plan and we will send a figure.
