Monthly contracts
A monthly contract allots a vehicle and a driver to your account for a fixed number of days, typically twenty-six, with eight hours and eighty kilometres included per day. Usage beyond that is billed at a pre-agreed per-kilometre and per-hour rate. Fuel, maintenance, driver salary, insurance and permits are entirely our responsibility. You get one invoice a month.
Conferences and offsites
For events at the resort properties we put a coordinator on site with the vehicle list, so delegate movements between sessions, dinners and the airport are handled without the organiser being pulled into transport questions. We have run these for groups from a dozen to several hundred.
Compliance and paperwork
Every vehicle carries a valid commercial permit, fitness certificate, pollution certificate and comprehensive insurance, and we will supply copies of all of it for your vendor file before the contract starts. Drivers hold commercial licences with badge, and we can share background verification on request — a routine requirement for our hospital and institutional clients.
